This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“Notice”) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Project Dragon, LLC dba True AI Agents (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) located at trueaiagents.com/privacypolicyca regarding http://www.trueaiagents.com (the “Website”), and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. The Company adopts this notice in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”), and other California privacy laws. Any terms contained herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the CCPA.

Personal Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device. To carry out our activities and obligations as a service provider, we may collect, store, and process the following categories of personal information, some of which we require to administer your services. Specifically, we may collect or receive (and may have collected or received during the 12-month period prior to the Last Updated date of this Notice) the following categories of personal information from consumers:

  • Identifiers: This may include personal identifiers, such as name, telephone number, physical address, email address, and signatures
  • Device Information and Online Activity: This may include device and online identifiers, keystroke patterns indicative of human or bot website/app usage, mobile and web network activity and related information (such as Mac address, IP address, cookie IDs, browser activity, and other information associated with your browsing history), and social media information
  • Communications: This may include communication details (such as the content of emails, text messages, or other communications), call logs, and calendar information where Company is a party to the exchange
  • Demographic Information: This may include demographic information, such as age (including information about children under the age of 13 with respect to certain purchases and services), gender, citizenship, ethnicity, date of birth, family or marital status, education, professional and employment information, or languages
  • Biometric Information: This may include biometric information, such as voice prints, imagery of the iris or retina, face geometry, and palm prints or fingerprints
  • Geolocation: This may include location information, such as geolocation information
  • Sensory Information: This may include audio, visual information, and other sensory information such as photographs and audio and video recordings
  • Inferences: This may include individual preferences and characteristics, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: This may include government-issued identifiers (such as social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number), account log-in and financial information (such as payment card details), and precise geolocation

Sources of Personal Information
We obtain the categories of personal information, as detailed above, from the following category of sources:

  • Provided directly by you and/or your agents through all forms of direct communication
  • Collected from another company within our family of companies
  • Collected from an external third-party source whom we engage to provide services for the Website
  • Collected from another solution or asset
  • Collected from other sources, when it is appropriate, to help us correct or supplement our records, improve the quality or personalization of our services, increase the appeal and relevance of advertising, and to prevent or detect fraud

Use of Personal Information
We may use your personal information for the purposes described in the The Way We Use Information section of the Privacy Policy of Company. In addition, we may use, collect, and share the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:

  • To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Website, products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business.
  • Managing interactions and transactions.
  • Research and development.
  • Enabling our service providers and business partners to provide services to us.
  • Debugging.
  • To improve, develop and enhance our products and services and for statistical and historical research, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • In any other way we may describe when you provide the information or as otherwise set forth in the CCPA.

We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
Sharing Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information to a third party for business purposes. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. We may disclose (and may have disclosed during the 12-month period prior to the Last Updated date of this Notice) the following categories of personal information to the following categories of third parties for business and commercial purposes:

  • Service providers.
  • Our affiliates.
  • Third parties to whom you or your agents authorize us to disclose your personal information in connection with products or services we provide to you.
  • Third parties that may receive personal information from the Company under special circumstances or for legal or compliance reasons.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information.

Data Retention
Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, we will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, as required to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or as necessary to resolve disputes. Under some circumstances we may anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you. We reserve the right to use such anonymous and de-identified data for any legitimate business purpose without further notice to you or your consent. We specify the retention periods and procedures for disposing of the information we collect in our data retention policy.

Your Rights and Choices
If you are a California resident, you can make certain requests regarding your personal information, and we will fulfill each request to the extent required by law. If we are unable to comply with your request in whole or in part, we will notify you with reasons for the denial.

Right to Know
You have the right to request access to the personal information we may have collected about you. Requests to access your personal information may be submitted up to two times in a rolling 12-month period. In response, we will return to you the following categories of information, to the extent required by law:

  • the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you,
  • the categories of sources for that personal information,
  • the purposes for which we use that information,
  • the categories of third parties with whom we disclose the information, and
  • the categories of information that we sell or disclose to third parties.

Right to Delete
You have the right to ask that we delete your personal information. Once we receive a request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct our service providers to do the same, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny your request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
California residents have the right to request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information. This right to stop sharing refers specifically to cross-context behavior advertising, which is the targeting of advertising to a consumer based on the consumer’s personal information obtained from the consumer’s online activity across numerous websites. However, please know we do not currently sell or share data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Right to Correct
You have the right to ask that we correct the personal information that we may have collected about you that is inaccurate.

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to ask that we limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to certain purposes permitted by law.

How to Make a Request
In order to make a request, you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may submit a verifiable consumer request by either:

We must verify that the person making the request is the consumer about whom the Company has the personal information. We may need to ask you for additional information for verification purposes prior to complying with your request. If we ask for personal information to verify your identity, then it can only be used for this verification purpose.

Submit a Request Using an Authorized Agent
Authorized agents of consumers may make a request on their behalf. As permitted by the CCPA, any request you submit to us is subject to an identification and verification process, and confirmation of the agent’s authority, which may include attestation under penalty of perjury.

Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

Shine the Light
California residents also have the right to request that we provide you with a list of certain categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and the identity of those third parties. For all requests, you must put the statement "California Privacy Rights Notice" in the body of your request, as well as your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. You also need to attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please note that we will not accept requests via telephone, email, or by facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.
